Overview
This 2-story suburban office building is designed with a 50,000 s.f. footprint to accommodate the Client’s desire to offer large contiguous lease spaces on a single level. The plan is arranged in two pods of 25,000 s.f. each, connected by a glazed entry and vertical circulation module. This layout permits either efficient full floor or ‘duplex’ leasing on each level and makes for convenient entry points from both sides of the building.
The exterior site cast concrete finish features patterning created by placing metal decking material in the casting beds; this material was then re-used for structural floor decking. Squared limestone and blue tinted glazing complete the exterior material palette.
