Overview
The master plan for this 175-acre development envisions a mixed-use community of office buildings, retail, and apartments. Individual construction sites are strung along a central parkway and planned to maximize density while preserving the natural hill country setting.
Four office projects have been designed and constructed to date. The Commons at Concord Park is a 4-building, 110,000 s.f. office complex planned to provide a value office product alternative to existing class A office space in the area. The Terrace, another value office complex, features 3 1-story buildings totaling 68,000 s.f. The State Farm Building is a 3-story, 100,000 s.f. class A corporate headquarters. The 2-story Creekside Office Building provides 20,000 s.f. of office space and is designed as a prototype for a series of smaller sites in a steeply sloped portion of the park.
