Overview
Sited on a 25 acre parcel in a north central San Antonio business park, this project includes both value office and class A office buildings. Constructed is a 5-building, 1-story complex with L-shaped buildings grouped around parking and service courts. A series of ‘floating’ curved brick panels frame the office entries and provide visual relief from the simple, rectilinear massing of the site cast concrete building structures. Phases III and IIII expand the design vocabulary of the initial projects and include a 2-story, 66,000 s.f. building and a 6-story, 150,000 building, each with both surface and structured parking.
