Overview

The scope of this ambitious adaptive re-use project involves the comprehensive renovation of a 125,000 s.f. former clothing factory to house San Antonio’s Parks and Recreation Department. The building is segmented into 4 zones for meeting space, offices, warehousing, and nursery staging functions.The vast one-story space is organized by a series a of bright, lively color schemes, which identify functions and enliven the windowless interiors.
