Overview
The second building in the Enterprise Business Plaza development in Schertz, Texas, this approximately 36,000 s.f. single story building was designed to serve as the corporate headquarters for Nexus.
Consistent with the Phase I development, the exterior of the building consists of painted concrete tilt-wall panels with masonry veneer, aluminum and glass storefront glazing, and pre-engineered metal canopies. Comprehensive architectural and engineering services provided for the building shell and finish-out include: programming, space planning, finish selections, cost estimating, design and construction document preparation, contract procurement assistance, and contract administration phase services. Our firm was also contracted directly by the tenant to provide a full service furniture, fixtures and equipment selection package with procurement assistance, and design of the technical systems for structured cabling, audio-visual, and security.
