Overview

This 5-building complex is the 1^st to be constructed by the Port Authority of San Antonio in the on-going revitalization of the former Kelly Air Force Base into a 20th century industrial park. Totaling more than 330,000 s.f. of office, warehouse, and distribution space, the project is designed for maximum flexibility to meet varying tenant needs.The facilities accommodate both dock-high and semi-dock warehousing, drive-in warehousing and distribution, as well as pure office functions.
