Overview
This series of medical office buildings has been constructed over the past ten years on a wide variety of sites and climate conditions in several states. While the locations and specific program requirements vary considerably, the design approach has been the same: practical, cost-effective designs that fit into their particular place while providing a consistently marketable leasing product. The approach has proven successful, with almost 1,000,000 s.f. of space constructed and leased to date.
