Overview
This project is a master planned 8.7 acre development consisting of four buildings. The construction of two buildings have been completed in two separate phases.
Phase I includes construction of an approximately 24,000 s.f. single story office building shell, and the development of the Enterprise Business Plaza Development Standards. The second building completed in Phase II is an approximately 36,000 s.f. single story building designed to serve as the corporate headquarters for Nexus, a company providing independent clinical review and utilization management services.
