Overview
This project features the design of a state-of-the-art office and refrigerated warehouse facility for Mucci Farms, a leading greenhouse produce company. The approximately 54,000 s.f. building is thoughtfully planned to support efficient cold storage, processing, and distribution operations while providing a modern and functional workplace environment.
The facility includes a fully enclosed office area and a mezzanine storage level that enhances operational flexibility and maximizes usable space. To support high volume shipping and receiving, the building is equipped with eleven 9’ x 10’ insulated loading dock doors and one 12’ x 14’ electrically operated overhead door, allowing for efficient logistics and temperature controlled handling of goods. A dedicated shipping and receiving office area further streamlines daily operations by integrating administrative functions directly with warehouse activities.
Together, these features create a highly efficient facility that supports Mucci Farms’ production and distribution needs.
