Oak Hills Women's PavilionSan Antonio, Texas

Overview

This project consists of a four-story, 97,000 s.f. core and shell medical office building constructed in the heart of San Antonio’s Medical Center. The building is strategically designed to support a wide range of medical and professional tenants while contributing to the surrounding healthcare campus.

An aluminum-clad connector provides direct access to the new medical office building and an adjacent existing parking structure, enhancing convenience and circulation for tenants and visitors. The main lobby is defined by a dramatic two-story atrium framed by a sleek curtain wall system, creating a light-filled and welcoming entry experience.

The exterior façade features textured concrete tilt-wall panels, complemented by warm-toned masonry brick and aluminum-framed punched windows. Together, these materials create a modern, cohesive design that responds appropriately to the surrounding Medical Center context.
