Overview
In response to the overwhelming demand for state-of-the-art facilities to house cyber security and other advanced technology operations, Port San Antonio commissioned Project Tech II - the 2nd building on the Port's growing technology campus.
This 175,000 s.f. five-story Class A office building is constructed of durable site-cast concrete panels accented with stone masonry. The impressive five-story glass curtainwall and angled zinc panel entry opens to a modern and airy lobby with terrazzo floors, custom paneled walls, and wood plank ceilings. Building amenities include a café with a large, covered balcony and ample outdoor seating. The building also features fully redundant power and telecommunications connectivity to serve cybersecurity operations.
