Overview
This
Retail Project began by evaluating two separate but adjacent 1.6-acre lots to
identify which one offered the best visibility, building coverage, and parking.
The Client requested a timeless and elegant showroom to showcase their
high-end, custom leather furniture and art. This was achieved by designing a
building with a clean massing, a simple color and material palette, and
exceptionally large window openings.
