This ambitious project involved 14 separate construction projects in 8 state parks under a single design contract. The work varied dramatically in scope -- from new construction to restoration of historic structures, from outdoor amenities to infrastructure systems. In all,
3 new buildings were constructed and 11 historic buildings were renovated/rehabilitated.
Careful attention was paid to appropriate material and color selection to fit each specific project, and detail logistical planning was done to assure minimum impact on the natural
park settings.
